Our Returns Policy

If you wish to return products please notify and send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number, your name, product code (found on the invoice) reason for the return within 14 days of receiving the goods. This also applies to faulty goods received so please check your full order once it arrives and email [email protected] if you have any problems.

All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging with the returns form enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs.

Once the items are received by us, your refund will be credited via the same method the original payment was made. We will process your refund within 1 week of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banks accepting process.

  • For Sale items, we will not accept any returns due to the nature of these styles being reduced for the seasonal end of season sale. All Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • Please note customers must arrange the return of the item by their own courier and at their own cost and also please provide a tracking number when enquiring on the status of your return.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an Admin restocking fee of up to 20% on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault.
  • Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.
